called several times different times and leaves no messages? looked up this number and dont seem to exist?

CALLED SEVERAL TIME AND NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE. I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL BUT HAS NOT STOPPED ME FROM GETTING THESE CALLS.
